ELEVATE! Grant: Onshape Professional Plan
Last week, Zachary Chang, Austin Kelley, and other CTEC students shared the work they have accomplished thanks to the funding from an ELEVATE! Grant.
Manufacturing Instructor Sam McLeod applied for an ELEVATE! Grant to access enterprise-level CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) tools through Onshape Professional that allow students to design parts and program them for machining all within one software package. Not only has this streamlined their workflow, it has also given students real industry-standard experience from start to finish.
This is just one glimpse at how ELEVATE! Grants have elevated student learning experiences. Not only are students better equipped to expand their skills and academic knowledge, they are also more prepared for life after high school.
