Rick Amos, Tournament Director of the AdventHealth Championship (AHC) at AdventHealth, has over 25 years in the sports and entertainment industry in the Kansas City area. The AHC is Kansas City’s only PGA TOUR Sanctioned event on the Korn Ferry Tour. As Tournament Director, Rick has oversight of all aspects of the event, including sales, marketing, operations and relationships with all community partners.

Rick has been a member of the USD 232 community for nearly 25 years, serving in numerous capacities including Booster Club president at both Mill Valley and De Soto High Schools. He also served on the USD 232 Board of Education from 2020-2024. Rick is passionate about serving the district and the community as a member of the Education Foundation Board as well as remaining involved in future planning opportunities for the district.
