Dr. Kelly is an educator with twenty-one years of experience in public education, with twelve years served as an administrator. He’s had the opportunity to serve all grade levels, PreK-12, at different points in his career, including time spent in rural, urban, and suburban schools. He and his wife, Inga, are proud parents to two students enrolled in USD 232.
