Dr. Joe Kelly is an educator with twenty-one years of experience in public education, with twelve years served as an administrator. He’s had the opportunity to serve all grade levels, preschool–12, at different points in his career, including time spent in rural, urban, and suburban schools.

Joe and his wife, Inga, are proud parents to two students enrolled in USD 232.
